Founded in 2022 by Amy G., Hearts for Change champions individuals with disabilities, veterans, and families walking difficult paths by creating inclusive environments, offering specialized programs, and fostering a sense of community that promotes both physical and mental well-being.
Where Hearts for Change truly shines is in their over-the-top events! ✨ These legendary experiences, like their annual gala, are packed with fun, connection, and unforgettable moments. “We strive to uplift and empower each person on THEIR unique journey,” shared volunteer Jean M.
But with limited funding, hosting these special events has become increasingly challenging. They’ve even had to shift from frequent gatherings to just a few each year. And that’s why this $1,000 Sherman’s award is so meaningful. It will bring more of these events to life, fueling joy, support, and a sense of belonging for every participant.
