Good morning !!
Reminder we are closed until 11/16 for moving. If anyone here just LOVES putting shelving units together and would want to come help me with that during the day tomorrow, can you please message me? We have 5 more to assemble before Saturday.

Teen Tree update! We now have 37 teens left to sponsor this year! If you want to sponsor a teen, or two, or 37 fill out this form here! https://tinyurl.com/teentreesponsor26

We will be posting some things for sale soon with pictures and prices. We have several 4 tier white plastic shelving units for sale, $5 each. We have a refrigerator for sale $50. Its white and has a little bit of a water leak inside but would be a great man cave b**r fridge. Other shelves and tables will be for sale as well. I'll get pictures tonight. We do still have our solid wood dining table, student desk and short bookshelf available for free. Message if interested in these items.

Thanks!
Amber

Thank you so much for your willingness to provide Christmas to a local teenager this year! Last year we were able to provide Christmas gifts for 225 area teenagers. We recommend a spending limit of $50 or more. What you decide to spend is completely up to you. Feel free to spoil these deserving kids...

Good morning ! Reminder we are closed until 11/16 for moving! Please do not leave any donations at our new location or or old location! We are SO excited to show you the new place! Maybe I'll do a sneak peak this afternoon for you all!

Teen Tree is underway and we still need sponsors for 47 of our 103 registered teens. So we are just about halfway sponsored. We are not doing as many as last year with moving and how everything was so chaotic last minute last Christmas. I'll try to keep a running tally on here daily with how many more need sponsored. If we get way more sponsors than we have teens registered, we will accept referrals from the schools for any additional teens. Lets just try and get these 47 taken care of! If you want to sponsor a teen, please register here at https://tinyurl.com/teentreesponsor26 Or send me a facebook message or email at [email protected]

We are excited to see everyone when we reopen on 11/16.

Guys! We haven’t even moved in yet and someone left a bag of clothes outside our new building. This has to stop! We literally got the keys yesterday! I hate to be rude but seriously!!!

Good morning!! I have been up early working on Teen Tree. The list is now closed for the year. We have 58 teens left to sponsor. We helped 225 teens last year so I know we can do this!!! We are not accepting any late registrations at this time unless we get more sponsors than we have teens.

If you would like to help a teen with Christmas gifts this year, please fill out this form https://tinyurl.com/teentreesponsor26
Or send me a facebook message with your email address, how many teens, gender, etc you would like to sponsor. We do have several families with multiple children needing sponsored currently. If you would like to sponsor a sibling group, please specify that.

Thank you! Be prepared for a lot of pictures coming up as we move!

With love,
Amber

REMINDER: we are now CLOSED for moving until 11/16/2026.

If you have been wanting to volunteer, we are having a volunteer meeting on 11/14 at 10:00 at 1125 S 12th s. This meeting will include training so it’s the perfect time for new volunteers to come sign up and see us!

Thank you for all of your support in the past year as we have grown from a storage unit to a temporary building and as we move to our new location. We cannot begin to show our gratitude!

A couple of things.
1. We want to thank the Moore family at Burlington Trailways for allowing us to rent your building for the past year. You have helped us help so many families.

2. Please do NOT bring any donations to Trailway’s OR our new location until 11/16. Do not make donations their problem to dispose of. There are cameras. Just saying.

3. Please do not ever bring us broken microwaves. We now have to pay a disposal fee for one left outside and that is money taken away from our rent, etc.

We can’t wait to share videos and updates as we get moved!

Thanks, have a fun Halloween
Amber

Good morning!!! It is Friday and we are open from 8-1 today. Reminder the doors lock at 12:45.

WE ARE OPEN TOMORROW 8-2!!! We have halloween goodies for your kids so please bring them tomorrow. Even if you have been in this month, please bring them! This is the only month we will allow people to shop twice, since we will be closed for 2 weeks for moving! Tomorrow is our last day here at Trailways.

PLEASE DO NOT BRING DONATIONS! We feel terrible when you unload a bunch of them and we aren't accepting them. We have a couple of exceptions though. 1) hygiene items. We are SO low on toilet paper and are completely out of children's soap/shampoo. 2) Coats- especially kids coats are still very welcome. 3) last minute Halloween costumes. We only have a few so we will take them!

I'll go live this afternoon and show you all of our progress and talk about changes!

Teen tree sponsors! We have a LOT of teens not sponsored yet! : Please register at https://tinyurl.com/teentreesponsor26
