Again, we want to thank everyone for making the 76th Old Home Days wonderful!!!

The Wells Improvement Group is looking for help! We are a small group of volunteers - doing our best to organize Old Home Days, fundraise, have other events and more. We would like to do more but we need more members - more hands - the more people the less the burden is on our small group!

Please consider coming to our next meeting Tuesday September 15th 6pm at the Wells Meal Site. Everyone is welcome!

Whew! That was a busy weekend for sure!

We want to thank everyone for coming out, supporting our town, supporting our vendors, participating in the parade, and making it a great 76th Old Home Days!

We cannot do this without the support of our community, all of our town employees, our life guards - EVERY one of you 🫵 !

We would also like to thank ALL of our vendors, bands Cleen Street & Rock Junkies, Green Mountain Amusements, Hamilton County Sheriffs, Wells VFD & Wells Ambulance for their help with the parade and swim races.

It sounds like Friday was a fun night! Lots of people and smiles! Mother nature wasn’t too mean to us - just a little rain🌧️ ! Today’s weather forecast looks good - says just a stray shower, but the percentages are very low - so let’s hope for none!

The Saturday schedule is below - the parade is at 1pm! Spirit of ‘76 - join the theme and dress in red white and blue!! ❤️🤍💙🇺🇸 (note route 30 road closures will start around 12:45 at Little Amsterdam Road through town to the dam)

THE FUN STARTS FRIDAY!!!!

Wells 76th Old Home Days is HERE!!! The official schedule is below! We have a TON of vendors, rides, midway, FOOD - lots of food!, and the parade is going to be awesome - Spirit of '76.

Even if you are not in the parade wear your best patriotic gear LETS PAINT THE TOWN RED, WHITE & BLUE and celebrate America's 250th all year long!!! ❤️🤍💙🇺🇸
