Healthcare affordability affects more than patients. It also affects Florida's small businesses and their ability to provide competitive health benefits to employees.

In a new op-ed, our President and CEO, Julio Fuentes, makes the case for putting affordability, patient access, and transparency at the center of Florida's agenda.

As part of a coalition of 13 Florida organizations, we are calling on the state's congressional delegation to support solutions that help reduce prescription costs, remove barriers to care, and give patients greater clarity about their healthcare expenses.

This is your friendly reminder to vote on November 3rd! 🗳️

According to Pew Research Center, nearly 39 million Hispanic Americans are eligible to vote in the 2026 midterm elections, a 16% increase since 2022. In , Latino voters represented more than one-fifth of the state’s eligible electorate in 2024.

Every vote matters, and participating is one way to help ensure our communities’ priorities are heard. As the November 3 election approaches, make a plan to vote, learn about the candidates and issues on your ballot, and encourage eligible friends and family to do the same.

Through its Business and Industry Guaranteed Loan Program, the U.S. Department of Agriculture helps eligible rural businesses access financing by providing guarantees to participating lenders.
