WBT has performed The Nutcracker 7 times, alternating between this classic ballet and original stories like The Velveteen Rabbit, The Grinch Who Stole Christmas, and The Snow Queen. Many of our company dancers have been in at least half of our past nutcracker tales!

*Favorite holiday: Halloween because I like to scare my brother

*She's been dancing for 4 years
*She dances because "dance is Life!!!! I can express myself through dance, really feel the music, plus , I love the stage. The stage is my second home."
*She's most excited to "be performing with my friends again"
Fun fact: she loves mermaids and everything ocean related.
*Favorite snack: raspberries
*Always in her dance bag: my phone and some Pop it toys.
*Dream role: Ariel because she is so beautiful and flawless and the Sugar Plum Fairy because you can wear that beautiful dress , be on your tip toes and dance so gracefully.

UPDATE ON CLASSES AND FACEBOOK LIVE DANCE CLASS WITH MISS SAMANTHA!!

Good Afternoon!!

Miss Samantha will be hosting these virtual Facebook Live dance classes all throughout next week for the students, please see below for the schedule.

Join us on https://www.facebook.com/DAConservatory/ this is our page.

These classes are non interactive, follow along dance classes with Miss Samantha that can be enjoyed in the comfort of your living room, or an open space, at home.

We are currently developing a schedule for Virtual Dance classes through the Zoom Platform to begin Monday, March 30.

We will update you with more information next week on how DAC is moving forward with all of our scheduling/policy changes/classes/tuition/WBT/Momentum/Broadway Stars programming during this difficult time.

We ask you for your patience and understanding as we move into a new format to help you continue your studies from home.

In the meantime, check out the schedule below for Miss Samanthas Facebook Live classes beginning next week, Monday, March 23 at 3:30.

DANCE ARTS CONSERVATORY UPDATE:

After reviewing the latest health guidances, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close DAC for two weeks from Monday, March 16 through Sunday, March 29.

We have a responsibility to do our part in minimizing the spread of coronavirus in our community and the safety of our dance families is our number one priority.

As we continue to get information from local, state, and national officials, we will update you. Our intent is to reopen on Monday, March 30, and we will keep you appraised of any changes.

Please stay safe and WASH YOUR HANDS! (and stretch!)
