Hey guys!

We had a great turn out at our annual Powerhouse Patriots fundraiser HYROX simulation. Huge shout out to our partners, lululemon, Hicks Chiropractic, Powerhouse Pilates, Iron Keel, My Fit Foods, Superior Waste Industries, Clear Creek Running Co., Total Assets Wealth Management, Grit and Grind Coffee. Congratulations to all the door prize and raffle winners. Too many to list here.

Thank you to all the athletes that showed up to take on the full simulation challenge. You rock!

Hey Guys!

We want to congratulate Rene Menjivar for finishing Ironman 70.3 North Carolina. It was a cold, wet race but Rene pushed to the finish line like a pro. Great job Rene. We also want to shout out our Powerhouse friend Suri Pullemla for completing Ironman California this weekend. Way to go Suri. You are an Ironman!

This is a big weekend for 2 young Powerhouse athletes. Please send some good vibes out to Natalie and Amanda for a successful Ironman at Chattanooga Tennessee. Natalie and Amanda have been training for about 6 months for this race and they are ready to throw down. Time to have some fun on the long course. Good luck ladies. We can't wait to see you cross that finish line. Lets gooo Powerhouse!

Hey guys!

This Sunday will be our last bike ride before Ironman Chattanooga. Come and join us for this short ride and help send off our Ironman athletes. We will grab some delicious tacos after the ride.

HYROX News: We will be hosting our next monthly HYROX 1/2 Simulation this Saturday. This will be a good time to try the sport and see what it's all about or a good time to practice as partners or relay. Please contact Coach Johnny 281-787-8285 if you are wanting to come out and have some fun.

Hey Guys.

We want to take a minute and wish Terry Winkler the best of luck at the 70.3 Worlds Championship at Nice France. This has been a 2 year plan for Terry and it's been great to see him finally reach this amazing accomplishment. Have an awesome time at Worlds Terry! We are all cheering for you.

We also want to send good vibes to Coach Charles Westscott as he travels to 70.3 Santa Cruz. This is Coach Charles second 70.3 this year before Ironman Florida. Have a great race Charles!

Wow!

What a great race at the Lago Mar Triathlon this weekend. Everyone did amazing and we had several podium finishes. Huge shout out to Edwin. After witnessing a crash Edwin helped a fellow racer until medical arrived and then resumed for another sprint finish. Powerhouse Racers are strong and with a heart of gold.

We have the last Ironman Chattanooga race rehearsal this weekend. Good luck to Natalie and Amanda. Let's nail this one!

Saturday will be a fun Boot Camp session with our friends from Orangetheory at Lululemon Baybrook. Class starts at 8am and will end around 9am. Should be a lot of fun! Bring a water bottle, yoga mat and workout gear. Keep an eye out for more events at Lululemon!

Back by popular demand we will be returning to ride in Chappell Hill this weekend. Jeff Rogers has volunteered to support everyone riding longer than an hour.
