Dr. Aldana serves as both the H.E. James Endowed Chair in Pediatric Neurosurgery at Wolfson Children's Hospital, and the Chief of the Division of Neurosurgery at Nemours. His work in neurosurgery has been recognized the world over, and he co-founded Neurosurgery Outreach Foundation, which expanded access to neurosurgical care in underserved regions including the Philippines, Mongolia, Jamaica and Ethiopia.
