Wanting an education should not stop because you can not afford it. Wanting food should not be a dream because you have nothing to eat. Wanting a place to lay your head should not be uncomfortable because you have no where to do it. Wanting to be comfortable in your clothes should not happen because you have no clothes. The future home of "the Lugarr". A great many of us know this location as something different. This building sits empty and unused. We see the potential of this building in the second phase of its' life; as a Homeless shelter-food & clothing banks -reemerging programs and relocation housing.
