While we do our best to make reminder calls, we still have a number of "no shows" for appointments.
Beginning June 15 (today), all new clients who would like to book a wellness/sick appointment with one of our veterinarians will be required to pay the vet fee in advance. If the client doesn't show up for the appointment they will lose their deposit.
Likewise, when we schedule a new client for a spay or neuter, payment should be made on the day the appointment is booked. If the applicant already attached a check or money order, or paid in advance at the office, no problem. If no payment was previously made, we can accept credit/debit cards over the phone.
We understand if you are trapping outdoor cats, etc. sometimes cancellations are inevitable. Trappers should let the scheduler know by 5 p.m. the night before the appointment whether they caught the cat or not. If not, we will reschedule.
If you have any problems with this policy please call Michelle 724-503-8523 and we will work with you to be sure your cat gets the care it needs.
