The November meeting of the Super Neighborhood 22 Council will take place on Monday, November 11, 2013, from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. at Depelchin Children's Center, 4950 Memorial Drive.

This month's meeting will feature reports on:
Recent community meetings hosted by Memorial Park Conservancy,
Status of planning our forum for City Council At-large candidates in upcoming run-off elections,
Old 6th Ward’s actions toward Sawyer St improvements,
Progress on establishing a full committee to work on implementation of Livable Centers Study goals,
Further discussion of creating a Transportation sub-committee to further neighborhood connectivity to Bayou Greenways and park spaces.

Please join us for an important meeting this afternoon (Tuesday) at 360 Sports Lounge at 4601 Washington Avenue at 4:00 pm. City officials will be presenting their plans for a Parking Benefits District, which will affect every business along the Washington Corridor. The plans are to add paid parking to Washington Avenue, and make several streets around the corridor permit parking only. We hope to see you there!
