A Message from Ronnie Jones
After four years of leadership and dedicated service as Executive Director of Back On Track, Ronnie Jones will be stepping down from his role effective August 1.
We invite our racing community, supporters, and friends to read this personal message from Ronnie as he reflects on his time with Back On Track and looks toward his next chapter.

Thank you for making our mission to support injured racers possible. This community has consistently stepped up when riders and their families needed help most. Back On Track exists because of your generosity and trust, and we are deeply grateful.
The Back On Track Board of Directors has appointed Kristin Couch as the organization’s new Executive Director. Please join me in welcoming Kristin as she leads the charity into its next chapter. She brings valuable nonprofit experience, structure, and energy, and I am confident the mission is in capable hands.
I will be stepping down as Executive Director on August 1. As I move into the next chapter of my professional life, I will be exploring opportunities to continue serving the motorcycle and racing community.
Thank you to everyone who helped build Back On Track — those working behind the scenes, board members, and those who trusted me to help lead the charity over the past four years. Most importantly, thank you to the individuals, companies, and corporations who have donated money, items, time, and support to make our mission possible.
A special thank you to American Flat Track and MotoAmerica for your continued support and hospitality.
I am honored to be part of the motorcycle racing community. You have shown up when it mattered most, and I know you will continue to support riders and families in need.
See you at the races.
Gratefully,
Ronnie Jones
