CAPT is a non-profit, all-volunteer, tax-exempt charity in Trumbull County, Ohio, dedicated to helping abused, lost, stray and homeless kittens. Our feline friends come from many sources, but once in our care, we do whatever we can to return them to healthy, loving creatures, so that the animals we put up for adoption are as healthy as possible. We carefully screen and monitor adopting homes so that none of the animals we have worked with end up in adverse situations.
