S. T. Kendall Lodge No. 153, P.H.A.
Men’s Mental Health Month – June
Strength is not measured by how much we can carry alone, but by having the courage to speak when the weight becomes too heavy.
During Men’s Mental Health Month, S. T. Kendall Lodge No. 153 stands in support of all men who may be facing challenges with stress, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or life’s daily pressures. Too often, men are taught to suffer in silence. We want every man to know that seeking help is not a sign of weakness—it is an act of strength.
As Prince Hall Masons, we believe in brotherhood, compassion, and uplifting one another. We encourage our Brothers, families, friends, and community members to check on one another, listen without judgment, and create spaces where honest conversations can take place.
Remember:
🔹 It’s okay to not be okay.
🔹 It’s okay to ask for help.
🔹 It’s okay to lean on your Brothers.
🔹 Your life matters. Your voice matters. Your mental health matters.
Together, let us continue building stronger men, stronger families, and stronger communities.
“Our Brotherhood Is Our Strength.”
Fraternally,
S. T. Kendall Lodge No. 153, P.H.A.
