The T-shirt deadline is TODAY!!! Remember anyone and everyone can submit a design!!!

YOU could be the NEXT WINNER of the annual Princess Warrior T-Shirt Design contest! The winning design will appear on the front of the 15th annual Princess Warrior 5K Run, Walk, Roll, Stroll or Crawl official t-shirt. Read below for details on how to submit your design for our annual t-shirt contest.

In addition to appearing on the front of the 2026 Princess Warrior 5K shirt, the winner will also receive a FREE registration and t-shirt for the 2026 Princess Warrior Run, Walk, Roll, Stroll or Crawl.

Here are the Contest Details:
• Entries are due by Saturday, August 1st, 2026
• All ages are welcome to participate
• Designs must be submitted online
• Include your name, age, address, phone number, and email address with your entry
Design Guidelines
• Maximum design size: 8.5” x 11”
• Use orange, black, and/or gray in your design
• Artwork must be original
• The design will be printed on a gray t-shirt
• Any medium may be used, including drawing, painting, markers, pencil, ink, crayons, or digital design

This year marks the 15th annual Princess Warrior 5K. Jane's legacy lives on through every step we take and every shirt we wear — and now, you can be a part of that legacy too!!

🎨 Whether you're an artist, someone who just loves to draw, or just feel like submitting a design — this is your chance to try to design the official 2026 Princess Warrior 5K shirt!

The winning design will be printed on the front of our official race shirts and the winner will receive:

🧡 With t-shirt designs due in JUST A WEEK, here is a little history lesson on the t-shirt designs over the years!! 🧡

In 2012, just weeks after Jane died, an amazing group of WDC National Honor Society High School Students organized the first-ever walk in Jane's honor on what would have been her 9th birthday. The legacy walk was organized per Jane's request before she died.

Shortly after the inaugural event, a Princess Warrior committee was officially formed to continue what these awesome students started to raise funds and awareness about Childhood Cancer. In 2015, the committee began a t-shirt design contest for the front of the annual 5K shirt.

🧡 National Cancer Survivor Day 🧡

Today, we celebrate National Cancer Survivor Day and honor the incredible strength, resilience, and courage of every childhood cancer survivor.

Behind every survivor is a story of challenges overcome, milestones celebrated and moments of courage that often go unseen. From hospital rooms and treatment days to returning to school, playing with friends, and pursuing dreams, survivors remind us that strength comes in many forms.

At the Princess Warrior Foundation, we celebrate survivors today (a few who are pictured here) and every day. We honor the journeys of all pediatric cancer patients and families who have faced this difficult road with unwavering strength and hope.

We remain committed to supporting our warriors and their families through every stage of the cancer journey while continuing to work toward Jane’s dream: finding a cure for childhood cancer so that no child has to endure what so many brave patients have faced before them.

To all survivors: your strength inspires us, your stories matter, and your courage continue to light the way for others.

Today is World Cancer Day. At Princess Warrior, we honor the fighters, the survivors, the caregivers and those we carry in our hearts. We walk alongside families, reminding them they are never alone. Cancer may be part of the story—but hope is always louder. 🧡🧡🧡

One more day to help Honor Society students at Bertha-Hewitt School collect items for individuals undergoing cancer treatment. Socks, scarves and gift cards are just a few of the items the group is looking to collect. (The full list is included on the flyer below). This is a great opportunity to help students make a meaningful difference in the lives of others!! 🎗️

**Items can be dropped off at the Bertha-Hewitt School main office or the lobby at the New Life Church of God in Bertha. 🧡
