Today is World Cancer Day. At Princess Warrior, we honor the fighters, the survivors, the caregivers and those we carry in our hearts. We walk alongside families, reminding them they are never alone. Cancer may be part of the story—but hope is always louder. 🧡🧡🧡

Each year we have amazing partnerships that help us support our PW Honored Warriors. This year, we have 13 Honored Warriors we are supporting - this is the second time we have had this many children that we are honoring. We want to thank this years partners: Owly Coffee, Two-Ten Cakes, Canoe Paddle Kettle Corn and Minnesota Lakes Foods.

Owly Coffee: Owly has a signature coffee they promote each September to help raise money for childhood cancer. If you like coffee and want to help support these kids check out Owly's "Janes Blend" Coffee!

Two-Ten Cakes: Two-Ten Cakes will be at the 5K event again this year in the space we are now calling our Vendor Village! Two-Ten Cakes is donating 100% of the sales from the black and orange treats as well as a percentage of all the other sales! Don't forget to go get a sweet treat when you are at the 5K on Saturday!

Canoe Paddle Kettle Corn: We will have 25 bags of a “Princess Warrior” mix available for $10 each at the Jane’s store on Saturday!

Minnesota Lakes Food: Minnesota Lakes food will be joining us in our Vendor Village again this year. They sell the best freeze dried goodies you can find! They have all sorts of different freeze dried goodies including candy, fruits and even veggies. They are donating a percent of the sales to help support these 13 kids!

We would like to extend a HUGE thank you to all of these partners as well as all of you who help support these amazing businesses! Can't wait to see you on Saturday!

RACE DAY INFO: The Princess Warrior 5K Run, Walk, Roll or Stroll is this Saturday, Sept. 27th! Same-Day Registration opens at 8:30 a.m. and introductions of Miss Minnesota Emma Vrieze, Miss Teen Minnesota Lily Geyer, and the reason we are all there… recognizing the childhood cancer honorees and their families will begin around 9:40 am. The Run, Walk, Roll, Stroll or Crawl will begin following the introductions at approximately 10 am at Tapley Park in Wadena.

We hope you stay after the 5K and join us for fun in the park and lunch served by another one of our fabulous partners, the Wadena Lions. It's going to be a fun day for kids to play carnival games, jump in bouncy houses, buy treats from local vendors, get their face painted, shop at the Jane Store and enjoy lunch in the park!

*We also want to remind everyone that this event is for the children, with that being said we ask that no pets are brought with. We know some can be friendly but we ask that they still stay at home! Thanks for understanding.

Come support the Princess Warrior Foundation as we work to raise awareness about childhood cancer and recognize our childhood cancer honoree’s and their families fighting the nasty cancer bully!

Below is the Route for Saturday!!!

Hope to see you there! Oh … and p.s. Don’t forget your tiara!!
