Countertop Cooking👩‍🍳

We had the pleasure of joining the Countertop Cooking class yesterday, led by Melanie Kiefer and Wabash Carnegie Public Library where we discovered the power of safe food handling and preparation, as well as mastering techniques for cooking Egg Bites in an Air Fryer and Pancakes in a microwave. Everyone left feeling inspired and motivated, already looking forward to the next culinary adventure!

From exploring the beautiful trails at Salamonie Reservoir and local parks to meeting adorable animals at the petting zoo and even taking a behind-the-scenes tour of our local airport, every day brings new opportunities for fun, friendship, and discovery!

These adventures aren't just about getting out and having fun - they're about building confidence, creating connections, learning new things and making memories that will last a lifetime.

⭐️Pre-ETS students successfully complete Week 1 of Summer Camp ⭐️

Last week, our Pre-ETS summer camp students had the opportunity to visit the Kokomo Street department, Truland John Deere, and Schlemmer Bros. Metalworks, where they participated in informative tours and demonstrations showcasing various career paths. The students engaged in meaningful discussions with staff inquiring about job opportunities and gaining valuable insights into potential employment avenues.
