Valley Stewardship Network had a great time collaborating last week for a Pasture Walk: Rotational Grazing for Beauty and Farm Fertility.

In this free event in Westby, WI, Lars Bergan - farmer and event host, spoke about rotational grazing beef, fencing/ watering systems, Silvopasture, seasonal stocking rates and more! Lars raises beef cattle, pigs, mushrooms and a variety of other thing on his 115 hilly acres. He and his Family have farmed the land for 18 years!

Skye Bruce, Ecological Monitoring and Native Plantings Coordinator at Valley Stewardship Network spoke about integrating pollinator habitats.
