We can’t wait for the show tomorrow! In order to help make everything as smooth as possible we wanted to publish as much information as we can to help you out!
First and foremost the show is located at Cypress Point Country Club in Virginia Beach at 5340 Club Head Road. Virginia Beach, VA. 23345. As you enter on Cypress Point Blvd you will see the show field to the right and spectator parking on the left. As this is a concourse style show on a fairway, we ask guests to dress smart for the event. Think business casual-esque - something you would wear out to dinner.
When should I arrive? If you are planning on spectating the show runs from 10:00AM to 2:00PM. If you have a vehicle entered in the show, please check your e-mail for your designated roll-in time. Why did we stagger the roll in times for each group? Well, no one likes waiting in a long line, so by splitting everyone up we hope to get you into the show and parked quickly.
Where do spectators park? As you enter Cypress Point Blvd look to the left for signs for parking. You will be parking across the road from the show on the fairways of hole 8.
What is check in like when I arrive as a show entrant? Please stay to the right of the lane while you approach the entry to the show. When you get to the front be ready to tell us your name, the one you registered with, and you will receive your entry info. Once you have entered the show space use EITHER lane to get your car’s info plaque. The fine folks running check-in will get you everything you need and direct you to your parking area where another volunteer will help you get parked!
Finally, how does voting and awards work? Voting for this event is done by you, the community! Around the event you will see QR codes to scan, including on each car description, where you can vote online. You are able to cast a vote for each category, with some cars being eligible for special trophies like Best Track Car. After voting closes the votes will be tallied and awards awarded!
