Taking care of your brain and body isn’t separate from your spiritual life. God created them to work together. 🧠🙏

Sleep supports your brain.
Movement strengthens your body.
Rest helps regulate your nervous system.
Healthy choices support your energy.
And time with God renews your mind.

We can pray for strength while also stewarding the brain and body God has given us. Caring for your health isn’t about perfection—it’s about having the capacity to live, love, serve, and walk fully in your purpose.

Faith + brain health + whole-person wellness.
