📢 Join Us for Our June 100 Families Alliance Meeting!

June is National Reunification Month, and this month’s panel discussion will focus on “Reunification Beyond the Return Home.”

When children return home from foster care, the journey is not over. Families often continue to face challenges as they rebuild stability, strengthen relationships, and heal from difficult experiences. Successful reunification requires ongoing support, strong community connections, and access to resources that help families thrive long after a case closes.

Join us as our panelists share their professional expertise and lived experiences while discussing:
✅ What sustainable reunification looks like
✅ Community resources available to support families
✅ How churches, agencies, schools, and community members can help
✅ Ways we can work together to prevent children from re-entering foster care

📅 June 19th at 10:00 AM
📍 Crawford County Adult Education Center (The Hub Building)
301 Mt. Vista Blvd., Van Buren, AR

We hope you'll join us and be part of the conversation as we explore how to help families not just reunify—but flourish. ❤️

It's been an eventful week!

On Wednesday, I had the opportunity to attend the annual conference of the Arkansas State Teachers Association in Little Rock. I had the privilege of meeting incredible leaders and difference-makers who are inspiring and empowering students across our state every day.

I was especially encouraged by hearing from author Kevin Hunt and previous superintendent CJ Huff with Bright Futures whose stories highlighted the impact of investing in children, families, and communities.

It was a joy to be present and an honor to share about the 100 Families Initiative with educators from across Arkansas. The work happening in our schools matters, and strong communities are built when we come together to support children and families.

Thank you, educators, for the incredibly important work you do each day. You are shaping the future, one student at a time. ❤️
