Besides the litter that cigarette butts cause, we have vandals who dump the urns out on the sidewalk looking for butts that can be smoked, REALLY! Below is a picture of a business down on Main St who provides a small Urn for their employees to use and this what vandals have done to the urn. Hard to see, but the Butts are scattered all around this area.

These trash bags are NOT currently at the high school. This image shows what 1500 full trash bags looks like! Keep Van Buren Beautiful partners with the City of Van Buren - City Hall and Crawford County to remove trash from our city streets 3 Saturdays every month. We average picking up between 800-1500 bags of trash annually.
