The mission of Fellowship Place is to serve adults living with mental illness by offering a full range of therapeutic support and rehabilitation services that promote independence, wellness, and a meaningful life. The majority served suffers from schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or major depression. In addition to the challenges faced in managing their illness, they also struggle with unemployment
, the risk of homelessness & poor physical health. The agency is a multi-purpose center where clients may receive a variety of supportive services in one location to improve quality of life and general health. Fellowship’s programs complement traditional psychiatric services by providing opportunities for clients to structure their day, learn new skills, and form positive relationships. On any given day of the year, more than 175 people visit the campus for help with basic needs, meals, socialization, skill-building groups, job training & career development services, case management, expressive arts programs, computer classes, physical recreation and more. The agency also provides supportive housing for 45 individuals who live in our apartment buildings located near the main campus.
