“This summer, I had the joy of spending several weeks in Fulda, Germany, immersing myself in music, performance, and study. I was able to take classes, perform for audiences in local castles, and spend time listening, practicing, and learning in a new environment. I had the pleasure of staying in a monastery that was established in 744 AD and is still a working Franciscan Monastery while also being a modern guesthouse. Being surrounded by the beautiful music and history of Fulda gave me a chance to slow down and reconnect with what I love most about being a musician.” - Jacob Wang, our Resident Pianist
