Thank you all for joining us for Alumni Weekend 2025! It was so wonderful to connect and catch up with each of you! From the antics and nerding out on the Bird & Herb ID Walk, to apple picking, to sharing updates from the past year at our CommUnity Meeting, reliving stories from back in the day, and catching up at the Common Ground Fair, it was an incredibly fun and heartwarming weekend!💕🏕🐦🌿🌼🍇🍎🍐

It speaks to the spirit of our CommUnity that these connections endure even after many miles and many years apart. The old memories that bind us, the new memories made, the old friends we look forward to seeing, and the new ones we make with our shared experiences from our time at Unity, we truly had, and continue to create, an incredibly unique and wonderful CommUnity. 💖🌲☯️🐏😃

We can't wait to do it all again next year! And as MOFGA has posted the dates for the 2026 Common Ground Country Fair, we have set the dates for Alumni Weekend 2026! Set your sights on September 25th-27th, 2026, save the dates for another joy filled weekend together! 🎉 UNIT-Y! 🌅🌌

We have had some requests from our fellow Alumni for active-wear and the spring logo design featuring memories of the woodcock calling at dusk out in the fields during ornithology class.

Like the plants beneath the soil in dormancy in winter, we have been a bit quiet on the surface, but have had a lot going on behind the scenes, much like those roots growing deep into the supportive Earth surrounding them.

We are happy to announce that camping registration for Alumni Weekend 2025 is live!🎉🏕

We are looking forward to gathering around a fire with all of you again! Last year left us all with hearts full, grateful for all of you in our CommUnity!💞

We will be updating the events of the weekend as that information becomes available, and are open to suggestions for additional activities to make this year even better than last year.

So mark your calendars for September 19th-21st, 2025! Camping will open the afternoon of Thursday September 18th, 2025 at 2pm, registration is required.

This year Alumni Weekend will be held from Friday September 19th through Sunday September 21st in the fields at 341 Albion Road, Unity, Maine, next door to Stone Tree Farm & Cidery (though not affiliated with them).

To our Unity CommUnity, we cannot thank you enough for making our first UCMAA Alumni Weekend an incredibly heartfelt success. Thank you to each of you who made the trek, and for those who were there in spirit! Mark your calendars for the third weekend in September 2025! We are already planning for next year and look forward to seeing all of you!

The Clifford Arts and Student Center welcomes you to “Cliff Fest”, a celebration of local food and culture, after the close of MOFGA’s Common Ground Fairground, on Friday, September 20th. Enjoy 5 local bands as well as local food cooked on our outdoor grill.! The festival will begin at 5 pm, after the close of the Fairground, so come finish up an exciting opening day with even more locally grown music and food. Tickets include entry AND food!
