After 12 years with The Arc of Fayette County, CEO Mary Mossburg has announced her retirement.

Mary's leadership has helped shape our organization, but as she reflects on her career, it's the everyday moments spent with the people we support that she says she'll cherish most. We're grateful for her years of service and wish her all the best in retirement.

David is a Roadie, and Texas Roadhouse is proud to have him on the team!

As we recognize National Disability Employment Awareness Month, we're highlighting David and the Uniontown Texas Roadhouse, one of our Supported Employment partners.

David's managers describe him as hardworking, efficient, and always smiling. More importantly, they recognize him as a valued member of their team.

That's what Supported Employment is all about: connecting people with meaningful jobs where their skills are recognized, their contributions matter, and they have the opportunity to succeed.

At The Arc Fayette, everyday moments can become opportunities to build skills, make choices, and connect with the community.

Through In-Home & Community Services, individuals receive support while taking part in the routines, activities, and experiences that are meaningful to them. Whether it’s practicing a daily skill at home or getting out into the community, each experience is part of their own journey toward greater independence.
