Abby started her life being discarded in a trash can at Petco. Born without her front legs, someone decided that made her less valuable.
They were so very wrong.
Last month, Abby had a chance meeting with someone at the Tustin Sunset Market. That one meeting turned into a few emails, an application…and eventually a flight all the way to New York.
Her new family saw Abby and simply couldn’t get her out of their minds or their hearts.
The little girl who was once thrown away like she didn’t matter is now loved, wanted, and exactly where she belongs.
Her beginning may have been heartbreaking, but it does not define her story. Abby’s life today is filled with people who see exactly what we have always seen—a beautiful, determined, incredibly special girl who deserved every chance in the world.
