The City Lights Foundation of Oklahoma City Lights provides opportunities to bridge gaps and help others through Loving Individuals, Giving Hope, and Touching Souls.

The City Lights Foundation of Oklahoma is the parent organization of many different programs aimed at building relationships and providing relief and restoration to Tulsa's homeless and low-income individuals. This foundation was formed in December of 2015 as Night Light Tulsa- one of the foundations most well-known programs grew. Opportunities to further serve Tulsa and mobilize more people beca

me evident. Night Light Tulsa began in September of 2013 and has been functioning every Thursday night since that time. It occurs under a bridge in downtown Tulsa. Programs under the City Lights Foundation include:
-Night Light Tulsa- Every Thursday night
-Little Lights (Kids outreach)
-Neighborhood Cookouts- Monthly
-Women's Group- Every Wednesday morning
-Additional smaller programs
