A couple of months ago, I was asked to nominate a member from our lodge to be in a pool of nominees from our district, one of which would be chosen to receive the Golden Apple Award from CHEA President Lynn Glick and AVP Richard Hill. The award centers around community service, youth activities, and veterans services. It was my distinct honor to accept the award on behalf of the East Central District’s winner, none other than own Leading Knight Mr. Garth Perry. Congratulations Garth, way to do Tulare Lodge Proud.
