Culture is not only something we read about in history books. It lives in the music people play, the words families use, the art they create, the food they prepare together, the celebrations they keep, and the stories they tell.

Four Pillars of Community Power Integration

Voting matters. Paychecks matter more. Clean air matters. Access to care matters.

When cities treat civic engagement, economic opportunity, health systems, and climate resilience as separate initiatives, communities stay fragmented. When you integrate them-when you build infrastructure that connects all four-that's when inclusion stops being an aspiration and becomes structural reality.

We've spent a decade proving this at the city level. We've trained 900+ community leaders, reached 19M+ people, and activated 52,000 voters. But the real measure? The systems that cities sustain long after we step back.

Your city doesn't need another program. It needs infrastructure-designed by the people closest to the problem, integrated across every system that matters. Let's talk about what your community actually needs to thrive.

What do you want the next generation to remember? ❤️

Heritage is carried forward in so many ways. It lives in the stories we tell, the languages we speak, the recipes we make, the music we share, the values we teach, and the memories families create together.

For Elena Ruiz, it means making sure the next generation understands that the stories, lessons, and traditions of the people who came before them are worth carrying forward.

At IncludUs, we built Community Engineering™ to address four chronic failures: exclusion from decision-making, underinvestment in leadership, erasure of culture, and lack of infrastructure to scale community power.
