The Asian American and Pacific Islander community is made up of more than 50 ethnic groups and over 100 languages — each with distinct cultures, histories, traditions, and lived experiences.

When we take time to listen, learn, and understand one another, we create stronger and more inclusive communities where everyone feels seen and valued.

This AAPI Heritage Month, let’s celebrate the richness, diversity, and voices within the AAPI community — not as one single story, but as many stories that deserve recognition and respect.

We recently opened our office at the Tulare Business Innovation Center (TBIZ), and we couldn't be more grateful for this next chapter. Tulare is a community we deeply believe in, and being here means we get to show up even closer to the people and work that matter most to us.

The Includus National Leadership Council brings together bold voices and experienced leaders who believe that strong communities deserve strong representation. This is more than a council. It is a commitment to the work that matters most.
We are now accepting applications from individuals who are ready to lead with purpose, serve with intention, and shape the future of our communities.
