We are currently seeking volunteers in a variety of roles, including:

💜 Mentors – walk alongside a mom through pregnancy and early motherhood

🍽️ Meal Train Helpers – provide practical support during important seasons

🧸 Childcare Volunteers – help care for little ones during classes and events

🏢 Office Hours Helpers – assist with administrative and hospitality needs

📱 Social Media Volunteers – help share stories of hope and impact

🤝 Volunteer Coordinator – help recruit, organize, and support volunteers

📦 Resource Coordinator – assist with managing donations and practical resources

Whether you have a few hours a month or are looking for a larger leadership opportunity, there is a place for you on our team.

🎀💕 Welcome to the world, Baby A! 💕🎀

We are overjoyed to celebrate Mama A and the birth of her beautiful baby girl!

At With You Tucson, we celebrate every baby born, but our mission goes far beyond seeing a woman choose life and give birth. We want to see motherhood become the very thing that transforms a woman into who God created her to be.

We don't want moms to simply survive pregnancy and early motherhood, we want to see them thriving, surrounded by a loving community, growing in confidence, overcoming obstacles, discovering their God-given strengths, and building a stable future for themselves and their children.

That's why our support for Mama A doesn't end with Baby A's arrival; it continues.

In the months ahead, Mama A will continue meeting one-on-one with her mentor, who will walk alongside her as she navigates this new season of motherhood. She will continue earning credits to shop in our baby boutique for diapers, wipes, other practical resources for both herself and Baby A. She will continue participating in our community of moms, learning, growing, and encouraging one another through the joys and challenges of parenting.

And thanks to our amazing Meal Train Team, Mama A will receive home-cooked meals as she adjusts to life with a newborn and embraces the adventure of becoming a family of three.

🍰✨ Devotions & Desserts was such a sweet evening of fellowship, worship, and time spent in God's Word.

We are so grateful to our volunteer mentor, Cassie, for leading this special event and creating a space where the women in our program could be encouraged, connected, and reminded of the power of God’s word and using worship as a means to endure and battle well through the challenging moments in motherhood. We also want to extend our gratitude to Sabino Road Baptist Church for generously opening their doors and allowing us to use their facility.

As beautiful as evenings like this are, they also remind us of a growing need at With You Tucson.

Today, we are serving 19 moms, 23 children, and expecting 8 new babies in the next six months. God continues to bring families to our ministry, and we are grateful for every one of them.

While we are incredibly thankful for the churches and community partners who share their spaces with us, our dream is to have a facility of our own where families can experience mentorship, community, education, and practical resources all in one place.

For our upcoming July Chick Chat event alone, we already have 11 women and 16 children registered (that's 27 people, not including our childcare volunteers) all gathering in a single 800-square-foot room with no bathrooms. We are making it work, but we know God has something more for the families we serve.

💕Welcome to With You Tucson, Mama B! 💕

We are excited to welcome another new mom into our Mentorship Program! Recently, Mama B completed her intake appointment and has prayerfully been matched with a mentor who will walk alongside her during this season of life.

So what happens when a mom enrolls in our program?

Her next step is meeting her mentor and creating a personalized Goal Setting Plan. Together, they will identify 2-3 specific goals to focus on over the next six months. These goals might relate to education, employment, housing, parenting, finances, spiritual growth, or other areas that help build a strong foundation for her future.

As Mama B works toward her goals and participates in activities that support her physically, emotionally, spiritually, financially, educationally, and socially, she will earn points that can be used to shop in our Baby Boutique. This allows her to access the practical resources she needs to care for herself and her baby while making progress toward lasting stability.

Each month, Mama B will meet one-on-one with her mentor, building a trusted relationship with someone who can encourage, support, and celebrate her growth. She will also have opportunities to attend multiple With You Tucson events each month, connecting with other moms and building a community of support.

This life-changing work is only possible because volunteers step forward to say "yes" to walking alongside women during one of the most important seasons of their lives.

A heartfelt thank you to New Life Bible Fellowship for inviting With You Tucson to speak with your Seniors Group!

We were honored to share about the incredible work God is doing through our ministry, the lives being impacted right here in Tucson, and the many ways our community can come alongside moms and babies in need.

Because of faithful supporters, volunteers, mentors, and prayer partners, women facing unexpected pregnancies are receiving mentorship, education, practical resources, and the hope that comes from knowing they are not alone.

🎉 A very special celebration! 🎉

Please join us in congratulating Mama P on the birth of her beautiful baby boy, J! 💙

Baby J holds a special place in the story of With You Tucson because he is the 30th baby born through the support of our Mentorship Program.

What an incredible reminder that when a community comes together to surround moms with love, encouragement, and practical support, lives are changed forever.

When Mama P entered our program, she was connected with a mentor who walked alongside her through pregnancy and into motherhood. Through mentorship, education, and practical resources, she found a community that believed in her and her baby.

As we celebrate this milestone, we are also looking ahead. We are currently serving more families than ever before, and every eligible volunteer mentor in our program is already matched with a client. That means that in order to welcome more moms who need support, we need more mentors.

Could God be calling you to walk alongside a mom as she navigates pregnancy and early motherhood? You don't need to have all the answers, just a willing heart and a commitment to show up consistently.

We also need more monthly donors to help sustain and grow this life-changing work. As our program continues to expand, we are actively seeking a larger facility that can better serve the growing number of families who come through our doors each week.

💜 Welcome, Mama B 💜

Today, we are honored to welcome Mama B to the With You Tucson family.

Right now, Mama B is facing one of the most significant decisions of her life. As she considers what the future may hold for both herself and her baby, she is carrying deep concerns about safety, stability, and whether she can provide the kind of home she hopes her child will have.

At With You Tucson, we believe something important: Mama B is worthy of safety, stability, support, and hope, too.

Through mentorship, education, practical resources, and a caring community, we will walk alongside her as she explores her options and navigates this sacred season. Our goal is not only to help her baby thrive, but to help Mama B discover that she does not have to face these challenges alone.

💦☀️ Splash Into Summer! ☀️💦

What a joy it was to gather with the moms, babies, and families in our program for our Splash Into Summer event!

Gatherings like this are about so much more than cooling off in the Arizona heat. They're an opportunity for the women we serve to build friendships, encourage one another, and experience the strength that comes from being part of a supportive community. Motherhood was never meant to be done alone, and we're grateful to create spaces where moms can connect, laugh, and grow together.

Our team provided Eegee's to help everyone stay cool, while the babies brought plenty of smiles, giggles, and cuteness to go around! 💙

At With You Tucson, mentorship extends beyond one-on-one meetings. It's about creating a village where women and families feel seen, supported, and loved as they navigate pregnancy, parenting, and life's challenges.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for a fun-filled morning at the splash pad. We are grateful for each family in our program and the community God is building through these relationships.

These young women have worked incredibly hard to reach this milestone while also navigating the challenges and responsibilities of motherhood. Their perseverance, courage, and commitment to building a strong future for themselves and their children inspires us every day.

At With You Tucson, we believe one-on-one mentorship changes lives. Through consistent support, encouragement, accountability and friendship, our mentors walk alongside moms as they pursue goals that create opportunity, stability, and hope for their families. Graduating high school is a powerful step forward in their parenting journey and a critical foundation for future opportunities.
