As we approach the one-year anniversary of the 2025 flooding in Globe, AZ, the harrowing survival story of U.S. Marine Corps veteran David Hayes Sr, whose RV was swept away with him in it, has now become an inspirational example of how your kindness allows The Salvation Army to help people recover no matter how dark the days. Thank you!❤️

We are so grateful for community partner FOX 10 Phoenix for shining their spotlight on the stories of redemption occurring in the wake of such devastation.

Saved from rising floodwaters in Globe, veteran David Hayes Sr. credits faith, family, and community support for his recovery.

30 of our young people went up to Mesa Citadel Corps for our SAY (Salvation Army Youth) Rally today! They enjoyed crafts, games, food, and fellowship with other Salvation Army Youth in the Southwest Division. They all earned a Toy Story Badge for our Troops Programs with the theme of “You’ve got a friend in me”. We praise Jesus for a great day!

If you’re looking for a place to worship every Sunday, join us at 11am on Sundays. We also have various programs throughout the week for youth! We would love to have you and your family become a part of our church.

Twenty-five years later, we remember how The Salvation Army stood alongside first responders and survivors of 9/11 at Ground Zero, the Pentagon and Shanksville, offering care and loving support during an unimaginable time.

The small acts of kindness offered during that time helped carry people through incalculable grief. Today, we honor that legacy by continuing to show up for Americans in need.
