Over the past year, these outstanding individuals have deepened their knowledge of Trussville, built meaningful relationships with community leaders, and strengthened both their personal and professional networks.

At graduation, Class 4 showcased thoughtful, community-focused projects that have the potential to enhance and improve our city in impactful ways.

While this chapter of their journey has come to a close, we are confident these leaders are just getting started. Their commitment to serving others and investing in Trussville will continue to shape a bright future for our community.

In this season of graduations, Leadership Trussville is proud to celebrate Ava Claire Foster on her upcoming graduation from Hewitt Trussville High School!

Ava Claire has been an outstanding member of Leadership Trussville, serving this year as a junior liaison on the Board of Directors—a role that included attending monthly 7:00 a.m. board meetings. She showed unwavering commitment, engagement, and thoughtful insight to every meeting.

We are excited to watch Ava Claire continue to grow as a leader as she spreads her wings and steps into what’s next. The future is bright, and we know she will make a lasting impact wherever she goes!

Such a great day at the Chamber lunch yesterday as we heard the needs of small business owners in our city. Lots of Leadership Trussville people attended including Sandra Vernon (Class 4, Chamber Board President), Melissa Walker (Class 4, Chamber Director), Greg Carroll (Class 1), Brian Jackson (Class 2), Amie McCullough (Class 2), Mayor Ben Short (Class 2), Jaime Anderson (Class 2) and Be Horton (Class 2).
