📊 Homelessness is quickly rising in CT
Connecticut saw a 13% increase in homelessness this past year alone. It’s a sobering sign of how deep the affordable housing crisis runs.

CHP is watching the numbers and we’re working toward real solutions because we believe everyone deserves more than shelter. Everyone deserves a place to Make Home Happen. 🏠💙

🌿 Fresh greens are growing at our hydroponic farm, thanks to Madison, our Marketing & Events Coordinator, who keeps everything planted, tended, and thriving.

This hydroponic farm gives residents access to fresh lettuce and herbs right where they live. It’s simple, sustainable, and another example of how CHP supports our residents everyday. 💙

Residents, partners, supporters, and staff came together to enjoy great food, music, and activities while celebrating a shared commitment to stronger communities and affordable homes. 🔑

This Memorial Day, we honor and remember the brave servicemen and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. ❤️🤍💙 Their courage and dedication helped protect the freedoms, communities, and opportunities we hold close, including the ability to build safe, stable places to call home.
