QUICK UPDATE...

This weekend Voices will be holding a meeting at the Conference office to talk about the demand of work in the areas recently visited by Pastor Mario Augustave. Our goal at the conclusion of the meeting is to not only have travel dates, but to organize mission trips in the months to come and most importantly have a set plan for how YOU can help.

We are still asking for you to help with the barrels. So please check in with your local churches and look out for more updates.

Good Morning VFH Friends and Family,

Just wanted to let you know that Pastor Mario Augustave is currently in Haiti working with local churches and leaders.

This morning, Pastor Agustave alongside the Conference President, the Adventist Radio Director for ADRA, Pastor Benoit, and Pastor Kerr are all gearing up to head over to Les Anglais and other surrounding areas to get a better feel for what the direct needs are.

Update:

We would like to let all of our supporters, donors, and family members know that we are currently in communication with both the US Embassy and the Haitian Embassy here in D.C. and in Haiti to map out a strategic but successful method to provide aid to the afflicted areas. As of right now, we are working on getting the bare necessities to the people that have been afflicted.

This weekend coming we would like to invite you to a Rally that we will be hosting at the New Rochelle SDA Church (456 Webster Ave, New Rochelle, NY 10801) at 4:00pm.

Donations are welcomed.

President Obama is sending 300 marines with heavy equipments to help with clearing the roads to reach the remote areas of Haiti. Voices for Haiti campus is fine. Our buildings have suffer no damages thank God. Teachers and students are ok. Jeremie, Les Kayes, Port Salu, 27 died in Camperin. This is a small town in the southwest of Haiti that we worked in 2 years ago. The Hotel (Recule) where we stayed is completely destroyed.
