Stop tiptoeing around life. Live it.

Every sunrise is a gift, not a guarantee. Tomorrow isn’t promised, and neither is the next hour. So stop postponing joy, waiting for the “perfect time,” or living according to someone else’s expectations.

One thing I was taught growing up is this: Don’t be afraid to enjoy the money you’ve worked hard to earn. You can’t take it with you when you leave this world. Be wise. Invest. Save. Give. But don’t feel guilty for enjoying the fruit of your labor.

And while we’re at it…

Stop attacking people because they choose to live differently than you.

I love luxury goods, and yes, I buy them. That doesn’t mean I’m drowning in debt or pretending to be something I’m not. I’m blessed. I own property. I work part-time. I make sound financial decisions, and I enjoy what God has entrusted to me.

Some people collect watches.
Some buy boats.
Some travel the world.
Some restore classic cars.
Some enjoy luxury handbags and beautiful things.

None of that is your business unless you’re paying the bill.

Stop counting other people’s pockets while neglecting your own purpose.

A grown adult doesn’t need permission from strangers to decide how to spend money they’ve earned.

The Bible doesn’t condemn wealth—it warns against making wealth your god. There is a difference. God gives us “richly all things to enjoy” (1 Timothy 6:17). The issue has never been possessions. The issue is whether your possessions possess you.

So celebrate people.
Stop judging people.
Mind your own finances.
And if God has blessed someone differently than He has blessed you, learn to clap instead of criticize.

Life is a gift. Steward it well. Enjoy it gratefully. And never apologize for living the life God has given you.

People’s opinions don’t pay your bills, build your wealth, or determine your purpose.

My daddy used to say,
“I’m bringing the bacon home, and your mama will fry it.”

As a little girl, I smiled at those words.
As a woman, I understand them.

They were never just talking about breakfast.
They were talking about partnership.

Today, I’m still determined to bring the bacon home—and my family fries it.

We don’t compete with one another.
We complete one another.

Everyone contributes. Everyone serves. Everyone celebrates.

That’s how legacies are built.
That’s how families thrive.
That’s how vision becomes reality.

I’ve learned that one person may carry the provision, but it takes a family to prepare the feast.

Here’s to teamwork.
Here’s to legacy.
Here’s to everyone doing their part.

In today’s society, it’s hard to fathom that racism still exists—especially in sports. Yet, it does.

When you can’t be easily manipulated, your independence is viewed as defiance. When you think critically, your intelligence becomes a problem in the meeting room. When you refuse to conform, your character is questioned instead of your competence being respected.

Too often, excellence is welcomed only as long as it doesn’t challenge the status quo.

We still have work to do—not just on the court and field, but in the boardroom, the locker room, and every place where dignity, fairness, and equal opportunity should prevail.

Silence never dismantled injustice. Truth does. ©LCA

That spirit of delay that stops you from getting married is broken in Jesus name! PRAY THIS PRAYER:

O God of mercy, step into my situation and rewrite my story for good, in Jesus’ name.

Every delay assigned against my destiny, be terminated by divine intervention, in Jesus’ name.
Scripture: “When the Lord turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream.” — Psalm 126:1

O Lord, arise and intervene in every impossible situation in my life, in Jesus’ name.
Scripture: “Is anything too hard for the Lord?” — Genesis 18:14

Every power resisting my progress, be silenced by divine intervention, in Jesus’ name.

God of suddenly, intervene and turn my long-standing problems into instant testimonies, in Jesus’ name.
Scripture: “And suddenly there was a great earthquake… and everyone’s bands were loosed.” — Acts 16:26

Thank You, Lord, for Your divine intervention that brings victory and praise to Your name, in Jesus’ name.
Scripture: “This is the Lord’s doing; it is marvellous in our eyes.” — Psalm 118:23
