We are so proud of our Project SEARCH Class of 2026 and the dedication they’ve shown over the last 9 months. These graduates have truly thrived in their internships across childcare, membership, and custodial services, proving that hard work and the right support led to amazing growth. Watching them gain confidence and master new skills has been the highlight of our year, and we can’t wait to see the impact they’ll make in the workforce!

A huge thank you to Jeniece for her mentorship and to the staff at the Woodruff Family YMCA for being such incredible partners in this journey. Your support has been vital in helping these graduates prepare for their next big chapters. The future of employment looks bright! 🌟🚀

We celebrated a massive milestone on April 11th. 🥂✨

Honoring our history at Noir in Bridgeport, CT—right where it all began—reminded us of the incredible growth of The Kennedy Collective since 1951. Seeing our staff, supporters, and families all in one room was a powerful testament to this community.

The highlight of the night was definitely hearing .anner speak. His journey with Cerebral Palsy was a masterclass in resilience, and his story is a powerful reminder of why The Kennedy Collective exists—to ensure every individual has the opportunity to lead a fulfilling, inclusive life. 🎤❤️
