Most people think healing means feeling better, but real healing means being willing to feel what you’ve spent years trying to avoid. The pain, the disappointment, the anger, the grief, and the truths you’ve been running from. Sometimes, healing doesn’t feel good because you’re finally facing what you used to escape.
REMEMBER THIS: You can’t heal what you refuse to feel, and you can’t grow while running from yourself. Give yourself permission to feel, process, and release. Healing isn’t about pretending you’re okay; it’s about finding the strength to face what hurt you without allowing it to define you.
