KITANA NEEDS A NEW FOSTER 💔

For no reason of her own Kitana Athena is in search of a new foster before November!

Meet Kitana Athena your next squirrel patrol companion. Kitana is a sweet girl and shows her love energetically. She gives kisses and climbs on her favorite people just so they know how much she cares. Kitana loves being outside in the yard and can keep herself busy for hours outside doing her own thing.

When inside she is great but does require attention here and there. She likes swimming in water and enjoy a daily walk. She is a good dog that can benefit from training after finding a soft place to call home. Kitana has met dogs on leash and seems to do better with larger dogs, she reacts more to smaller dogs. She has not been around children but might do fine. Due to her prey drive she is not recommend for a house with cats.

If you're interested in fostering Kitana please fill out an application and a BWR volunteer will reach out.

MEET YETI! ✨Yeti is one of our longest residents and comes with some adoption perks, including two weeks of vacation coverage per year and lifetime group training support. Transport is available anywhere in the continental US for serious adopters** Yeti is a snow monster with a heart filled with warmth and love.

Yeti loves to run laps around his foster yard but yearns for his own forever. He loves to play, especially with his flirt pole, a pole with a toy attached by string but for dogs! He is one of those rare finds that is active and a couch potato. He engages heavily in self-play and does not require you to throw his toys around to have fun with them. Yeti is good with older kids, and absolutely basks in their affection.

While Yeti is kind with all children, he is a bit too excited and jumpy for most small children. Yeti has made several dog friends in the past and played very well with all of them, but he needs very slow introductions. Unfortunately, when Yeti first meets other dogs he tends to be pretty reactive to them. He has improved tremendously with training but will need continued training in his forever home. Private and/or group training is available at no cost for local adopters.

Yeti is a true love bug once he trusts you, everyday he greets his foster mom with a hug and kiss before she starts her work. At night and for meal times, Yeti is crate trained!

Yeti has been neutered, microchipped and is up to date on his vaccinations, bring this snow monster home to his forever family today

Better World Rescue dogs are eligible for continued training support at no cost to the adopter, including both group training and private classes.
