It’s a fun reminder of just how much diversity exists in the foods we grow.

Our very own Olivier Delille is taking on the Wings of Fire Challenge to raise funds for Green Bronx Machine! 💚🌱

The challenge? Eat increasingly spicy wings while answering thoughtful questions — and try to keep a straight face!

The more donations he receives, the hotter those wings get! 🔥🌶️

"🤔 DID YOU KNOW...?

Young sunflowers track the sun as it moves across the sky — a behavior called heliotropism. 🌻 As the plant matures, its flower head generally becomes fixed facing east.

Plants are constantly responding to their environment, even when those changes happen too slowly for us to notice in the moment.

🌟 This Week’s Challenge: Observe the sun’s position at two different times today. What changed?
