TBLLC enjoyed our visit from DG Kim last week!! She shared about upcoming ways we, as Lions, can continue to learn together to strengthen our knowledge of being the servant leaders in the community we are.

We talked about it afterwards as a club as we completed part of our environment service project. As a team we can be that shinning light to our community when we offer our fellow neighbors a hand up not a hand out. Where there is a need, there is a Lion, is not just a saying it is an imprint in our hearts, a driving force that bring us together to continue to do more, help where we can and listen to what is needed.

Kindness is paying attention out loud. We Serve as Lions to spread kindness, pay attention and fill in the blanks for those who need it.

We are a small club, but we are mighty together.

Temple-Belton Ladies Lions Club mixed it up last week and went on Tuesday to the Project Heartbeat BISD Resource Center to deliver Mane2Tail Bags full of hygiene supplies. Jona and Christine were incredible hosts and spent time explaining the impactful program along with the vision for the space.

TBLLC is proud to have this partnership grow and strengthen. With our combined sights set towards helping more, we’re excited to be a part of serving our community’s future leaders!!

TBLLC was so grateful for the opportunity to participate in this even the little bit we did. Cannot wait now to drop off the supplies we’ve pack for Project Heartbeat to distribute to those who need them!!
