On this 25th anniversary of September 11th, we reflect and honor the extraordinary heroism and sacrifice of those we lost by dedicating ourselves to serving others through Lionism and strengthening our communities they died protecting.

TBLLC enjoyed our visit from DG Kim last week!! She shared about upcoming ways we, as Lions, can continue to learn together to strengthen our knowledge of being the servant leaders in the community we are.

We talked about it afterwards as a club as we completed part of our environment service project. As a team we can be that shinning light to our community when we offer our fellow neighbors a hand up not a hand out. Where there is a need, there is a Lion, is not just a saying it is an imprint in our hearts, a driving force that bring us together to continue to do more, help where we can and listen to what is needed.

Kindness is paying attention out loud. We Serve as Lions to spread kindness, pay attention and fill in the blanks for those who need it.

We are a small club, but we are mighty together.

Happy Mother’s Day from the TBLLC Lionesses to all the other strong Mothers out there!

A lioness does not need to roar to let the world know she is powerful. Her strength is found in her silence, her focus, and her unwavering devotion to her pride.
