Meet one of our Voices of Tehama County: Kristin Behrens!

Kristin traded Orange County traffic for Tehama County living in 1999 and never looked back!
With nearly 30 years of healthcare experience, including 23 years with Dignity Health, Kristin has built a career around leadership, helping organizations grow, and making a difference in her community.

She's also served as President of the Tehama County Chamber and on the Corning Chamber Board.

Outside of work, she's all about her husband, corgis, horses, and good food. Not necessarily in that order!

Tehama Reading Pals connects community volunteers with young readers who need extra support to become confident, proficient readers.

Each volunteer works with two students for one hour per week—providing a 30-minute, one-on-one reading session with each student.
