Looking for a fun way to get your kids outdoors this summer? We still have spots available for Kids Nature Camp happening June 22–25 in Milan and Petersburg!

Each day features a different hands-on nature theme:
🐟 Monday – All About Fish
🌱 Tuesday – Exploring Indigenous Land & Life
🦋 Wednesday – Plants & Pollinators
💧 Thursday – Macroinvertebrates & Water Quality

Kids ages 9–14 will enjoy outdoor exploration, activities, crafts, and learning about the natural world right here in the River Raisin watershed.

Join us for Bug ID Day, the final step of our Spring 2026 Adopt-a-Stream Stream Search program!

We'll be sorting and identifying the aquatic macroinvertebrates ("river bugs") collected from streams across the River Raisin Watershed. These tiny creatures tell us a lot about water quality and stream health. Help us identify them!
