Thank you SMIHRC and Delta volunteers for making this event a success.
10 years of partnership between Delta and Southern Michigan Hunting Retriever Club. I couldn't be more proud to be part of this.

2026... 30 youth got to step into the outdoors today. Each youth got to experience 3 different activities and finishing with a tower hunt.

Station 1. Dog handling and retriever demo.
Station 2. Trap shooting
Station 3. Field walk up hunt.

Lenawee County Delta Waterfowl is in need of some of you Great people to plan the next banquet.
I will post this again in another couple weeks.
Please talk to your buddies...
If nobody steps up. There will not be a banquet.
We will continue to be involved as much as you need.

One of our Chapter committee volunteers was nominated for a Chapter volunteer of the year. We were honored to give it to Dylan Sharp.
Dylan has been involved with the Chapter from a youth to young adult. He participated in every youth hunt and banquet. He now volunteers his time at the banquet and as a mentor at the youth hunt.
We hope Dylan continues to carry this Delta program into the future.
