Four-Year Scholarship applications are OPEN!

Do you know a high school senior or current undergraduate student in Northern New Mexico who could use support pursuing their college goals? Share this opportunity with them!

Through the LANL Foundation’s Four-Year Scholarship Program, eligible students can receive up to $20,000 in scholarship support at a college or university inside or outside New Mexico.

Since 1998, the LANL Scholars Program has awarded $15 million in scholarships to nearly 3,000 students.

With one application, students are considered for more than 30 scholarship opportunities made possible by Los Alamos National Laboratory employees and other generous donors. LANL Scholars also have access to paid internship opportunities, professional mentorship, and a community of peers.

Students pursuing an associate degree, certification, or professional trade credential can apply for the Career Pathways Scholarship, opening January 2, 2027.

We were thrilled to welcome 12 colleges from across the country to Taos High School and Peñasco High School last week! Students explored college “fit” and affordability in small-group workshops with college admissions representatives and got to learn about the schools at a college fair. Thank you to for organizing this event! And huge thank you to the colleges for visiting our students!
