Couples Counseling Requires Two People Committed to the Process.
Couples counseling is most effective when both partners are willing to be present, invest in the relationship, and do the work necessary for growth and healing.

Healthy change involves:

• Honest communication

• Personal accountability

• Active listening

• Patience with each another

• A commitment to growth, both individually and as a couple

Counseling isn’t about figuring out who's right or wrong. It's about learning new ways to understand, connect with, and support each other.

Couples begin to see growth happen when both partners move from simply wanting the relationship to improve to actively working together to make it stronger. ❤️
