Will You Help Us Keep Our Shelter Doors Open?

If you are able, please consider supporting our Emergency Youth Shelter in Gwinnett County, which serves homeless and at-risk youth across Gwinnett and 11 surrounding counties.

Right now, our greatest need is recurring monthly donors.

Imagine the impact if just 100 people committed to giving $20 per month—that's only $5 per week, about the cost of a Starbucks coffee. Together, those donations would help us sustain the six Safe Place homes that provide safety, shelter, food, counseling, education support, life skills training, and hope to vulnerable youth ages 12-21.

Every month, we receive calls from young people who have nowhere else to go. Your ongoing support helps ensure that when a youth is in crisis, we can say "yes, we have a safe place for you."

Mental health matters, especially for young people navigating a crisis. In 2025, mental health issues were the third leading reason a young person sought immediate help and safety through Safe Place.

If you’re a young person in need of support right now, you can text SAFE to 4HELP (44357) and reply 2Chat to connect with a licensed mental health professional. You can also seek out the nearest Safe Place site in your community. Just look for the yellow and black sign.

There is always someplace to go…someone to help.
