Come have fun on Brooks Lake by checking-out a kayak at the Oyster Creek Boathouse located at 15910 Creekbend Drive, Sugar Land. The boathouse is open Saturdays and Sundays NOW through October 31.

Hours of operation:

• Saturdays & Sundays - 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. & 4 p.m. - 7 p.m.
• Memorial Day, July 4, and Labor Day - 8 a.m. -12 p.m. & 4 p.m. - 7 p.m.

You must be 21 years of age or older to check-out a kayak; rowers under 21 must be accompanied by an adult. There is no cost to check-out a kayak for FCCSA members. Must have a valid digital pool pass.

MainStreet Theatre Company is bringing its fan-favorite one-week summer camps to the First Colony Clubhouse! Whether your child is a seasoned performer or a first-time star, they’ll spend the week creating an original play from scratch - including their own costumes and props! 🎨🎬

From theater games to building confidence on stage, it’s the ultimate creative escape for ages 6–12.

🏊 Pool Season is Almost Here in First Colony!

With multiple neighborhood pools across the community, there are plenty of ways to cool off this summer.

From lazy rivers and splash pads to diving boards and toddler pools, First Colony offers something for everyone.

📅 Many neighborhood pools open Memorial Day weekend, while some swim-at-your-own-risk pools are already open beginning April 1.
