We are incredibly grateful to announce a generous sponsorship to our upcoming event from At The Helm Training!

This partnership has been years in the making. We want to extend a special, heartfelt thank you to John Dial, who has been in close contact with our organization for a few years now. From day one, John’s passion has been clear: he truly wants to see the marine rescue side of our community succeed and thrive.

This sponsorship is just the beginning. We’ve been in discussion for some incredibly exciting future training opportunities with John to help elevate our local firefighters skills and readiness on the water.

Partnerships like this keep our organization moving forward and ensure we can continue our mission with the best support behind us.

About At the Helm Training: They are dedicated to top-tier marine education, helping boaters gain confidence and competence at the helm. We are honored to have their backing!

Thank you again, John, and the entire team from At the Helm Training, for investing in our mission and our future.

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that Mission Boating, the ultimate marine photography/videography, will be out on the water with us at the 2026 MCFBA Fishing Tournament!

Website: https://www.missionboating.com/

They will be capturing all the high-energy media, epic catches, and behind-the-scenes action throughout the entire tournament. Whether you're reeling in a monster fish or fighting the waves, keep an eye out for their lens!

Pro-Level Coverage: Expect stunning, high-quality photos and videos of the tournament action.

On-the-Water Expertise: As a premier marine resource, they know exactly how to navigate the waters and catch the best angles safely.

Memories that Last: You’ll be able to relive the best moments of the tournament long after the scales close.

Thank you, Mission Boating, for stepping up to document this event and supporting our local angling community. We couldn't be happier to have you a part of our event!

It is with heavy hearts that we share the loss of one of our own.

Today, we mourn the passing of a dedicated firefighter, a valued member of the St. Lucie County Fire District family, a loving son and brother, and a friend to many.

We ask that you keep his family, friends, and loved ones in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. We are grateful for his service, his dedication, and the impact he had on those around him.

As we mourn this loss, we remain committed to serving our community with the same dedication and sense of purpose that define the fire service.

Rest easy, Brother. Your service, dedication, and friendship will never be forgotten. You will always remain a member of the St. Lucie County Fire District family.

We’ve got some awesome news to share for this year's MCFBA Fishing Tournament!

A huge welcome to the crew at How Ya Reelin Fishing & Tackle for stepping up as one of our official sponsors this year!

If you’re in their area of Fort Lauderdale, you already know these guys are the absolute go-to when you need to get your gear dialed in. Having a real tackle shop back the tournament this year is a massive win for all of us, and it’s going to make the event that much better for our anglers.

To everyone over at How Ya Reelin, thank you so much for jumping on board with us and supporting what we do. We’re seriously stoked to have you guys on the team!

We have a really special shout-out to make today. If you’ve ever been to the MCFBA Fishing Tournament, you know it’s a massive team effort and Cook Shell Contractors has been leading the charge since the very beginning.

Literally. They have been on board with us since our very first tournament, and today, they remain one of our main, heavy-hitting sponsors.

It’s one thing to support an event once it’s established, but it takes true community spirit to say "we're in" right at the start.
Cook Shell Contractors believed in this tournament before it was even on the map, and they’ve been a cornerstone of its success every year since.

To the amazing team at Cook Shell Contractors: thank you for your incredible loyalty, your years of generosity, and for being the backbone of the MCFBA tournament family. We are so lucky to have you in our corner!

Let's show Cook Shell Contractors some love in the comments below!

We wanted to give a massive thank you to Mel-Ry Construction. They’ve been backing us for years now, and honestly, the MCFBA Fishing Tournament wouldn't be what it is today without them.
It’s nice to find a sponsor that shows up for the community year after year the way they do. Because of their constant support, we’re able to keep putting on an awesome tournament, bringing everyone together, and giving back to the community we all love.

To the whole crew at Mel-Ry, thank you for always having our backs and being such a huge part of the MCFBA family. We appreciate you more than you know!
