Committed to Making an Impact 🌱 The Premier Charitable Fund committee, comprised of Premier Group at ONE Sotheby's International Realty advisors and leadership, recently gathered for their quarterly meeting alongside our partners at The Community Foundation Martin - St. Lucie. Together, they reviewed nonprofit grant applications, discussed upcoming initiatives, and continued the important work of supporting organizations making a difference throughout our region.

Strengthening our Community Together 💙 We’re excited to share the Q1 2026 Premier Charitable Fund recipients. This quarter, two local organizations are being supported for the meaningful work they do every day for animals, children, and families across the Treasure Coast.

Mable's Mission Rescue will use its grant to help cover essential veterinary care for rescue dogs entering its foster-based program, including vaccinations, spay and neuter services, microchipping, and treatment for medical needs to help each dog get healthy and ready for adoption.

The Hands and Feet: Delivering Help and Hope, through its Supporting Hands Program, provides quick-response support to children and families impacted by the child welfare system in Martin and St. Lucie Counties. Within 48 hours of referral, they deliver essentials like clothing, diapers, hygiene products, and other basic necessities directly to families in need.

We’re so grateful for our community’s continued support. Through the Premier Group at ONE Sotheby's International Realty, the Premier Charitable Fund continues helping strengthen lives and resources across the Treasure Coast.

Impact in action ✨ Through the Premier Charitable Fund, supported by a portion of every transaction and matching contributions from Premier Group at ONE Sotheby's International Realty, we help fund local nonprofits making a meaningful impact across our community.

A recent grant to The Healing House brought mindfulness and yoga programming to youth and families across St. Lucie and Martin Counties, creating calm spaces, stronger coping tools, and meaningful emotional support during a critical time for young people.

We’re proud to share the 2025 Q4 Premier Charitable Fund grant recipients 🌟 This quarter, three exceptional local organizations are receiving support to strengthen our community through education, senior care, and recovery resources.

A total of $3,000 in funding has been awarded to Spectrum Academy’s Campus Beautification Project, Council on Aging of St. Lucie, Inc., and Prodigal House, Inc. These grants will help create a vibrant outdoor learning space for students, deliver nutritious meals and wellness checks to homebound seniors, and provide safe, supportive housing for individuals working toward lasting recovery.

We are excited to announce the 2025 Q3 Premier Charitable Fund grant recipients 🌟 These three exceptional local organizations are making a meaningful and lasting impact in our community through the arts, mental health, and family support.

A total of $4,500 in funding has been awarded to StageFright Academy Foundation, NAMI Treasure Coast Florida, and Family Promise of Martin County (Almost Home Program).

These grants will help provide opportunities that truly matter, including offering performing arts scholarships for underserved youth, expanding mental health education and peer support programs in local high schools, and equipping transitional housing for working families striving for stability.

We’re proud to announce the 2025 Q2 Premier Charitable Fund grant recipients—three outstanding local organizations working to support families, empower youth, and promote wellness across our community.

A total of $4,800 in grant funding has been awarded to: Family Promise of Martin County, Future Generations, Inc. of St. Lucie County, and The Healing House Inc.

These grants will support vital community programs—including furnishing transitional housing for working families at risk of homelessness, providing music education and performance opportunities for underserved youth, and offering free mindfulness and yoga classes to help children and teens develop emotional resilience and self-awareness.

A total of $10,000 in grant funding has been awarded to: E.N.D. IT! Corporation, Little Birthday Angels, Exceptional Academy for Differently Abled Learner’s, Inc., and Parent to Parent of the Treasure Coast.

These grants support a range of powerful programs—from arts-based education and autism-friendly media initiatives to therapeutic riding and celebrations for children experiencing homelessness.

We’re deeply grateful to our community for your continued encouragement and support. With a grand total of $7,000 to four deserving non-profit organizations in the community, including: 4KIDS Treasure Coast, Council on Aging of Martin County, Inc. at the Kane Center, Sunrise Theatre Foundation, and the Treasure Coast CISM Team.

Our amazing team's dedication and hard work have been the driving force behind our success. As leaders in the local real estate scene, they consistently show off their expertise, which makes all of this possible. We are delighted to showcase this week's grant recipient - The Barn Theatre Community | Stuart, FL!

We are delighted to award The Barn Theatre $2,000 to continue its mission of delivering top-quality, affordable entertainment to the Treasure Coast community. Known for its exceptional programming, the Barn Theatre stages five award-winning Broadway musicals each season. In line with its mission to foster a community-focused environment and support local nonprofits, the theatre will use the grant to offer 40 complimentary tickets (valued at $40 each) to individuals from local charitable groups, allowing those who may not otherwise have the chance to experience live theatre.
