👋 Meet our Q3 recipient: AZCEND

AZCEND is on a mission to nourish minds and bodies so that neighbors in need experience a brighter future.

100 Voices Who Care member Aubrey Tyson noticed that AZCEND was providing essential support to her community for vulnerable populations struggling with hunger, poverty and homelessness. She nominated this wonderful nonprofit, which won the majority vote at our quarterly meeting.

💰 Our collective quarterly donation will go entirely to AZCEND to help them care for those in need in Chandler, Arizona.

We are still thinking about our Quarter 2 meeting. 💙
Thanks to all the members who showed up, the members who nominated nonprofits, and to our guests who came to check out our generosity in action!

We heard from three members, who nominated fantastic local nonprofits. After a vote, we chose to give our collective donation to the one that stole our hearts.

🥁 Introducing our Quarter 2 Recipient: .mvmt

BeHeard Movement is the state’s only mobile drop in center that provides showers, laundry, clothing, and case management services to neighbors experiencing homelessness and hygiene insecurity in Tulsa and Oklahoma City, OK. 🚿

At age 22, their young founder said, “If tacos can be on wheels, so can showers.” And BeHeard Movement was born.

BeHeard is changing homelessness one shower at a time, restoring dignity to those they serve.

🙏 Thanks to member for nominating them!
