Stillwater, Oklahoma - this is a one-day event you don’t want to miss!

On Sunday, May 31 at 4:00 PM, Where the Horses Heal the Soul is coming to the Oklahoma State University Student Union Theater, (Room 203), for a special benefit screening. 🎬🐎

Children, adults, and veterans come in to ROCK Ride On Center for Kids facing real challenges. Where the Horses Heal the Soul shows how equine-assisted services and the connection with horses help them find hope, build life skills, and move forward. It reflects the same work happening every day at Turning Point Therapeutic Riding.

Turning Point Therapeutic Riding brings together the power of horses and practical tools to help people facing physical, mental, emotional, and economic challenges build productive futures and play an active, valued role in their communities. This screening directly benefits their work. ❤️

As we begin the start of a three day weekend, for those who recognize and celebrate Memorial Day, we’d like to re-share this message. In honor of all who have fallen, served in the past and present, we thank you all, both two and four legged.

This is the War Horse memorial at the Virginia Historical Society in Richmond. The inscription reads "In memory of the one and one half million horses and mules of the Confederate and Union armies who were killed, were wounded or died from disease in the Civil War."

This Memorial Day, honor our fallen, honor our soldiers and do not forget that for thousands of years horses, mules, donkeys and dogs fought alongside us to defend our homes, families and countries. They were not paid, rarely honored and often died in vain. Remember them, for without their contributions we would not be here.
